Role Overview

Review PPC and SEO accounts bi-weekly to detect performance wins or concerns.

Spot major changes in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and evaluate their impact.

Generate detailed reports with notes and internal recommendations

Send immediate alerts on performance spikes/drops to leadership.

Analyze successful campaigns to identify strategies that can be replicated.

Conduct light SEO audits and verify updates across GMB, blogs, backlinks.

Assist with onboarding tasks and client follow-ups for pending assets.

Maintain ClickUp boards for accurate task tracking and follow-ups.

QA campaign launches and tracks vendor deliverables.

Keep a Red Flag Tracker updated and escalate issues when needed.

Formal degree not required, but coursework in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics is a strong plus.

1-3 years in digital marketing, PPC/SEO support, or similar roles.

Excellent verbal & written English is a must and high attention to detail.

Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GoHighLevel CRM.

Familiar with Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

Proficient in ClickUp and Google Sheets.

Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy.
