How We Began
RemoteIntegrity started with a bold yet simple idea: to connect highly capable Bangladeshi professionals with meaningful remote work opportunities in the U.S. In a world where location limits opportunity, we saw the chance to make a difference, for both sides.
We built a system that makes hiring remote talent simple, efficient, and scalable for American companies. From sourcing and vetting to onboarding and ongoing performance monitoring, our process ensures quality from start to finish.
What began as a focused solution has grown into a trusted platform used by dozens of companies across the U.S. Our approach is practical, results-driven, and built for long-term business impact.

My name is Karsten Helbig. I’m running a SaaS business in Frankfurt, Germany. To develop something I had in my mind, it was necessary to get really good quality developers at an unbeatable price.
