Role Overview

Record and track financial transactions

Prepare financial forms, including balance sheets

Handle journal entries for month-end close

Create and manage budgets and financial plans

Reconcile bank accounts and financial discrepancies

Analyse data to identify and resolve issues

Collaborate with the accounting team to compile reports

File invoices and prepare payments

Complete additional tasks as needed

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Concur, or Wave) is preferred
