General Questions
How long does it take to hire?
Most clients receive a shortlist within 3–5 business days, with hires finalized in 1–2 weeks depending on feedback speed and interview availability.
What does it cost to hire through RemoteIntegrity?
We charge a flat monthly fee per hire, which includes salary payout, performance oversight, and all admin. No upfront costs. No long-term lock-ins. Just clear, scalable pricing.
What types of roles do you fill?
We specialize in remote developers, designers, marketers, assistants, and operations staff. Whether you need a frontend engineer or a full-time executive assistant, we’ve got you covered.
What makes RemoteIntegrity different?
We don’t just match resumes, we manage outcomes. Our post-hire support, performance tracking, and commitment to both client and candidate success make us more than a recruitment firm. We’re your long-term hiring partner.
Where are your candidates located?
Our talent pool is primarily based in Bangladesh, where we recruit top university graduates and experienced professionals. All candidates speak fluent English, work U.S. time zones, and are trained to align with Western business standards.
Data & Security
Are NDAs and IP protections included?
Yes. All hires sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Intellectual Property (IP) transfer agreements before starting. These contracts are designed to fully protect your business, data, and any work delivered. You are also welcome to have your workers sign additional contracts, NDAs, or any custom agreements you require.
Do your contractors sign confidentiality agreements?
Absolutely. Every contractor is required to sign a strict confidentiality agreement during onboarding, covering data access, work materials, internal systems, and client communications.
What tracking or productivity tools are used?
We use our internally developed tool, RI Tracker, to provide real-time insights into employee performance. It includes time tracking, periodic screenshots, productivity stats, and wellness check-ins. This allows us to maintain high standards while giving you full visibility – though the level of monitoring is fully customizable.
Are time tracking and screen monitoring optional?
Yes. By default, we use our own in-house tracking tool, RI Tracker, which includes features like screenshots, activity rates, time logs, and wellness scores. You can choose to adjust the level of tracking or opt out altogether. We’re flexible based on your preferences and policies.
Who has access to our company systems?
Only the specific hire you approve will receive access to your systems. We never share login credentials with anyone else, and clients retain full control over permission levels, tools, and access at all times.
Hiring & Recruitment
What’s the first step to get started with hiring?
The first step is simple: fill out our short hiring form or book a discovery call. From there, we’ll assess your needs, confirm role requirements, and begin matching you with qualified candidates within 3-5 business days.
Can I interview candidates before hiring?
Yes, absolutely. Once we’ve shortlisted the top candidates for your role, you’ll have the opportunity to interview them directly. This ensures you’re confident in the hire before moving forward.
Are your hires full-time or part-time?
Most of our placements are full-time and long-term, but we do accommodate part-time requests depending on the role and your needs. Let us know your preferred hours and we’ll source accordingly.
How do you ensure candidates are qualified?
We accept less than 0.5% of applicants (38 accepted out of every 10,000 applicants). Every candidate goes through a multi-stage vetting process, including skill assessments, language and communication tests (C1+ English), and cultural fit interviews, personality tests. We also train hires on U.S. work standards before placement.
Can I request multiple candidates at once?
Yes. We specialize in building teams and filling multiple roles. Just let us know your timeline and hiring volume, and we’ll tailor the process to your needs.
Support & Monitoring
What kind of support do you offer after hiring?
Our internal quality control team monitors each hire daily to track engagement, wellness, and productivity. We also stay in close communication with both you and your hire to ensure everything is running smoothly throughout the relationship.
Do you assign a client success manager?
Yes, once you reach five active hires, you’ll be assigned a dedicated client success manager. They act as your main contact for all performance updates, onboarding help, and coordination with our internal teams. Until then, our quality and support team is still available to assist at any time.
How do you monitor the performance of hires?
We use RI Tracker, our in-house performance platform. It tracks time logs, activity levels, websites visited, applications opened, and measures engagement through mouse and keyboard usage. Screenshots are taken at intervals, and wellness scores are recorded weekly. Everything is fully customizable based on your preferences, whether you want strict monitoring or a more flexible setup.
What happens if a hire starts underperforming?
If we detect signs of low engagement or you raise concerns, our internal quality control team steps in immediately. They investigate the situation and work closely with your client success manager to communicate with you and the hire. If things don’t improve quickly, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Are hires checked in on regularly?
Yes. Our quality control team conducts daily oversight through RI Tracker, and weekly wellness scores are reviewed. We look for changes in performance patterns, responsiveness, and attitude. This helps us address problems early and keep your team productive.
